Redefining Dental Standards with Unmatched Quality and Durability

We prioritize using the highest quality materials to ensure exceptional results. Our choice of zirconia is unmatched in quality and durability, surpassing industry standards. In our dental lab, we exclusively utilize a specific type of ceramic material made of zirconia called Zolid Bion, which is known for its strength, natural appearance, and longevity. When it comes to materials for dental restorations and implants, we employ the strongest available option to guarantee the durability and effectiveness of our treatments. Our commitment to using superior materials underscores our dedication to providing you with the best possible outcomes and long-lasting smiles.

Zolid Bion is a class 5 zirconia offering an impressive average strength of 1,100 MPa, ensuring enhanced safety and durability for all our full mouth dental implant lab restorations. We can create a lifelike 3D effect that blends seamlessly with the surrounding teeth due to the naturalness with increased translucency at the incisal edge. With its rapid 45-minute sintering cycle, it streamlines workflows and minimizes downtime. This material also allows us to meticulously design and enhance aesthetics with the shade concept to deliver naturally stunning results. With Zolid Bion material, we are redefining dental aesthetic and performance standards to ensure you receive a customized, strong, and healthy smile.

The Benefits of Our In-House Dental Lab

Advanced Technology for Unparalleled Results

Yomi Robot

Yomi robot is an innovative dental technology designed to assist in performing precise and accurate dental implant surgeries. It utilizes advanced robotics and artificial intelligence to enhance the planning and execution of implant procedures.

Yomi provides real-time guidance to Dr. Leo Haydt during surgery, ensuring optimal positioning and alignment of dental implants for better patient outcomes. This technology aims to improve dental implant procedures’ efficiency, accuracy, and safety, ultimately leading to increased patient satisfaction.

The Ceramill Motion 3 is our dental laboratory’s cutting-edge milling unit for processing zirconia. It revolutionizes in-house production with its intelligent hybrid design, offering exceptional production quality and versatility across various materials and dental indications.

This advanced machine integrates seamlessly into digital workflows in our dental lab, enabling a streamlined and efficient process from design to fabrication. We rely on the Ceramill Motion 3 to produce high-quality zirconia restorations with precision and reliability.

The SprintRay Pro S 3D printer is a versatile tool for printing temporary PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) restorations immediately after surgery and for try-in purposes. Its high-resolution printing capabilities ensure accurate and detailed fabrication of temporary crowns, bridges, and other dental prosthetics.

The printer’s rapid printing speed allows for efficient production of temporary restorations, facilitating quick turnaround times. We rely on the SprintRay Pro S to create durable and aesthetically pleasing restorations that provide excellent fit and function.

SprintRay offers a range of dental 3D printing materials, including ONYX resin for printing PMMA restorations. ONYX Tough2 is specifically formulated to meet the requirements of temporary dental applications, providing strength, durability, and excellent aesthetics.

This material is ideal for fabricating temporary crowns, bridges, and denture bases due to its toughness and ability to withstand intraoral conditions. Dr. Haydt trusts ONYX Tough2 resin with SprintRay printers to produce high-quality, long-lasting temporary dental prosthetics.

Photogrammetry is a non-contact imaging technique used post-surgery to achieve precise measurements for creating prosthetics with an accurate fit. Unlike intraoral (IO) scanning, which can be less accurate and potentially lead to fractures during scanning, photogrammetry offers a safer and more reliable method for capturing detailed anatomical data.

Using multiple photographs taken from different angles, photogrammetry generates 3D models that accurately represent the patient’s oral structures, reducing the need for lengthy and uncomfortable scanning appointments. This technology enhances the efficiency of prosthetic fabrication, ensuring optimal fit and patient comfort.

Exocad’s DentalCAD design software is an essential tool in digital dentistry, enabling Dr. Haydt to create precise and customized dental restorations. We use DentalCAD® to design crowns, bridges, veneers, and other prosthetics based on digital impressions or scans of patients’ teeth.

The software’s intuitive interface and advanced features allow for efficient and accurate virtual modeling, incorporating aesthetic and functional considerations. By harnessing Exocad’s DentalCAD®, we streamline our workflow, optimize design accuracy, and deliver high-quality, patient-specific dental solutions.
